Yes, we know it is late in the year, but we just got the Governor’s permission to have our inspection and open them again.
So, there is good news and bad news. I will give you the bad news first. They did NOT give permission to open the spas, so OUR HOT TUBS ARE NOT OPEN. Our apologies. If it were up to us it would all be open.
The Pools will be open with the following conditions:
No more than 10 people at a time. For this reason, we have removed many of the tables and chairs.
No more than 8 people at the indoor pool. Pools will be for resident use only at this time.
Hours of operation will be during normal business hours and closed on Sundays.
Please come into the office and reserve the pool for not more than 2hour increments.
Reservations will not be accepted more than a week ahead of time, please, and not more than 3 times per week. It will stay locked and we will let you in. Please stop at the Office and sign the required form before using the Pool facilities.
Cabanas are not approved for use at this time.
On the UP side, our Gym is once again open 24/7. Simply use your amenity card to gain access on the West side door, please. Not more than 10 people at a time and masks are required.
Also, the Office is once again open and practicing social distancing. Masks are required. Conversations need to occur in the Lobby for your safety and ours instead of a confined office setting.
Enjoy the little bit of warm weather we have left!
Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
